The brief
Engaged by Coastal Prestige Property, the building manager. Marine Apartments in Parrearra is one of their complexes; Archers is the body corporate manager. Ongoing monthly electrical maintenance, mostly lighting.
What we did
Installed PE cells for lighting control. Sourced replacement light fittings. Attended emergency call-outs for tripped circuits. Rectified emergency and exit lighting that had not passed the drop test.
Outcome
The maintenance agreement is ongoing.
