This work relates to how Atlas serves:

Project overview

Project details

Zsofia Popplewell is the owner/operator of Coastal Prestige Property, a building manager on the Sunshine Coast. Atlas is their electrical trade across the complexes they run. Marine Apartments in Parrearra is ongoing monthly lighting maintenance — Archers is the body corporate manager there. The Sway in Birtinya is mostly unit jobs. The Curl in Bokarina is common-area work — bollard repairs and switchboard inspections. That is the relationship: three sites, not a one-off project.

The challenge

Common lighting and emergency lighting on a strata complex have to stay working for residents and for the drop-test record. That is monthly work, not a single install.

Business impact: When fittings fail, PE cells are missing, or a drop test does not pass, the building manager needs a trade who already knows the site.

What we did

Our approach

Monthly electrical maintenance under Coastal Prestige: lighting control, replacement fittings, reactive call-outs, and emergency and exit lighting when the test has not passed.

Work involved

  • Electrical Maintenance
  • Lighting
  • Compliance and Safety

In their words

Mitch and his team is excellent, fast responding, very reliable. I run a property managing company and he has been my go to person and he has never let me down. Very easy to work with, polite and professional. Highly recommend him.
