The standard Atlas Safe Home Renewal package is $1,399 incl GST for the agreed residential configuration within the seven-alarm allowance and standard access. Homes that need more alarms, rectification, high access or switchboard remediation are quoted separately once the configuration is confirmed.
Up to seven smoke alarms in a standard configuration of up to two hardwired RF alarms and up to five wireless RF alarms, plus one wall test / locate / hush controller. Additional alarms are priced separately.
The Switchboard Health Report records safety-switch verification findings and practical recommendations for the switchboard. A Queensland Certificate of Testing is issued where the work requires it. They serve different purposes and may both form part of your records.
Failed testing is documented in the Switchboard Health Report with clear findings. Remediation is not included in the standard package and is quoted separately before any additional work proceeds.
The standard package covers the smoke detection renewal, safety-switch verification, Switchboard Health Report and documentation described on this page. Repairs, rectification and switchboard remediation are outside the package and quoted separately.
A complimentary Smoke Alarm Test & Report retest is available to the first 25 homeowners to claim it after their Safe Home Renewal. It is not an ongoing annual entitlement, and availability is limited to those claim places.
