How the work runs

You enquire with property detail. We confirm suburb, layout, and the smoke-detection configuration required. You get a clear proposal before work begins.

Configuration is confirmed up front. Additional alarms beyond the agreed allowance are priced separately. Switchboard remediation, new circuits, high access, and making good sit outside a standard renewal package unless scoped and approved.

On the day: renew the agreed interconnected system, commission and test it, verify safety-switch protection where that forms part of the work, and leave documentation.

Records you can still find later

After the work, you should have more than a vague memory of what happened.

Renew or test first?

Not every Sunshine Coast home needs renewal on day one.

When Atlas Safe Home is appropriate

Atlas Safe Home Renewal doesn’t make a home electrically safe.

It is Atlas’s packaged path for smoke-detection renewal on homes like these: interconnected system, safety-switch verification where included, Switchboard Health Report, Certificate of Testing where required, and Portal records.

The standard residential package is from $1,399 incl GST within the agreed allowance and standard access. Homes that need more alarms, rectification, high access, or switchboard remediation are quoted separately once configuration is confirmed.

A complimentary Smoke Alarm Test & Report retest is available to the first 25 homeowners to claim it after their renewal. It is not an ongoing annual entitlement.
