The brief

Direct conversation with the homeowner on a short-stay house that Flair Property will manage. Usual preference is back-to-back indoor and outdoor. The owner asked for the outdoor units on a specific side, clear of the living area.

What we did

Installed three Mitsubishi Electric bedroom splits, grouped the outdoor units on the nominated elevation, and labelled the board for the new circuits.

Outcome

Clean, discreet finish. The owner said they were happy with the result. No public Google review yet.
