Sub-main and sub-board upgrade — Palmwoods
New sub-main into the house, a new sub-board, and conduit feeds for the pool equipment, circuit and lighting.
The brief
Direct homeowner. They asked for a pool circuit. Max demand on the existing feeds was severely undersized for the cabling already in — that was the dimming when the ducted air cycled on. The pool feeds are a separate package from the sub-main. More renovation work is coming over the next 6–12 months.
What we did
Dug a new sub-main to the house, upgraded the garage sub-board to a flush-mount board with labelled circuits, and laid conduit feeds for the pool equipment, circuit and lighting.
Outcome
This stage is in — sub-main, sub-board, and pool conduit feeds. The property stays an ongoing renovation.
